About the Role We are looking for experienced C++ Developers to support automation and modernization initiatives within a large-scale distributed infrastructure environment. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in modern C++, systems-level programming, distributed systems, backend engineering, and infrastructure automation. Key Responsibilities • Develop high-performance C++ applications and backend services • Build automation frameworks for deployment, onboarding, and configuration management • Design scalable distributed systems and microservices • Optimize concurrency, memory utilization, performance, and reliability • Integrate solutions with CI/CD pipelines and release engineering workflows • Implement monitoring, telemetry, dashboards, alerting, and SLOs • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Improve operational efficiency through automation and reliability enhancements Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with modern C++ (C++11/14/17 or higher) • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and backend platform engineering • Strong Linux systems and systems-level programming knowledge • Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management • Experience with CI/CD, release automation, and infrastructure automation • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, debugging, and production support • Familiarity with microservices and compliance-driven engineering environments
