About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional who combines strong C++/Linux development expertise with Scrum Master leadership to support software development for regulated medical device systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement software solutions using C++ and Linux • Lead Agile teams and coordinate distributed teams • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning • Ensure compliance with medical device software standards Requirements • 8–15 years of overall experience • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience • Strong hands-on C++ development skills • Experience with medical device software and FDA-regulated products • Proficiency in Linux, embedded systems, and multithreading • Knowledge of design patterns, debugging tools, and CI/CD tools • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
