About the Role We are seeking a C,C++ Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products and intelligent agents. This role involves working with Large Language Models and various AI frameworks to create scalable applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI-powered products and intelligent agents using Large Language Models • Architect and implement advanced agentic systems with planning, reasoning loops, and memory management • Lead the transition of AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production • Develop scalable AI applications and developer productivity solutions • Partner with Product Management to elaborate features and test strategy • Create technical designs and assign work to developers • Develop complex stories in C and write unit tests in C++ • Lead code and design reviews • Collaborate with other Principals and Leads to define system interfaces • Advise on implementation strategy for successful deployment • Implement development process improvements and automation • Coach and develop junior employees • Deliver department and external presentations Requirements • Strong experience with C and C++ programming • Knowledge of AI, Large Language Models, and retrieval systems • Experience with orchestration frameworks and tool-calling patterns • Familiarity with context-aware workflows and human-in-the-loop controls • Ability to create technical designs and lead code reviews • Experience with Google Test for unit testing • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
