About the Role We are looking for a skilled Citrix Engineer to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Citrix infrastructure, virtual desktops, and application delivery environments. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain enterprise Citrix infrastructure • Support virtual desktops and application delivery environments • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Monitor performance and ensure system stability • Implement application publishing, patching, and upgrades Requirements • Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop • Familiarity with Citrix StoreFront and Delivery Controllers • Understanding of Citrix Gateway and NetScaler • Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Proficiency in DNS, networking, and virtual desktop provisioning • Experience with application publishing, patching, and upgrades • Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and incident management skills • Citrix Certifications (CCA / CCE) are a plus • Citrix Cloud experience is a plus • PowerShell scripting skills are a plus • Networking and security knowledge are a plus
