About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join the Tolling Engineering and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure, application workloads, and operational services while ensuring security, performance, availability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Implement, maintain, and support resources within the Azure cloud environment • Manage and optimize Azure services, including App Services, API Gateways, Function Apps, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity and application performance issues, and perform root-cause analysis • Work with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, logs, metrics, and traces for diagnostics and performance optimization • Support cloud security, IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, access reviews, and least-privilege policies • Maintain infrastructure documentation, governance standards, tagging, and naming conventions • Manage Key Vaults, certificates, passwords, and secure credential storage • Support production incidents, change management, maintenance activities, and off-hours operations as required • Collaborate with architects, developers, DBAs, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and highly available Azure solutions • Ensure compliance with applicable security policies and regulatory requirements, including PCI where relevant Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Experience working in Windows environments • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Microsoft Entra ID • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and support production environments
