About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer for a contract opportunity with TCS. This role involves managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain AWS and Azure cloud environments • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Perform Linux and Windows Server Administration tasks • Develop and maintain Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts for automation • Handle production support, incident management, and root cause analysis • Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and CI/CD support Requirements • 6+ years of experience in cloud operations • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure • Proficiency in AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch • Proficiency in Azure services: Virtual Machines, VNets, Azure Monitor, Entra ID • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Linux and Windows Server Administration skills • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash • Knowledge of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis • Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and CI/CD processes
