About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer for a contract opportunity with TCS. This role involves managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Perform Linux and Windows Server Administration tasks • Develop and maintain Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripts for automation • Ensure cloud networking, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Provide production support, incident management, and root cause analysis • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and CI/CD support Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure • Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch • Experience with Azure services: Virtual Machines, VNets, Azure Monitor, Entra ID • Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting • Knowledge of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and CI/CD support
