About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Cloudflare Engineer to lead a large-scale enterprise migration from Cisco & Fortinet VPN solutions to Cloudflare One, supporting approximately 30,000 users across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities • Cloudflare One deployment • WARP rollout • SWG/DLP migration • ZTNA implementation • Magic WAN deployment • DNS cutover • Enterprise integrations • Testing • Documentation • Knowledge transfer Requirements • Strong experience with Cloudflare One / Zero Trust Platform • Expertise in SWG (Gateway), ZTNA (Access), WARP Client, DLP, Cloudflare Tunnels, and Magic WAN • Experience migrating from Cisco AnyConnect, Umbrella, FortiClient, and FortiGate environments • Knowledge of IPsec/GRE Tunnels, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, Routing, TLS/SSL Inspection, and SASE Architectures • Experience integrating Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, CrowdStrike, Intune, Purview, and SIEM platforms • Proven background supporting large-scale enterprise rollouts, policy migrations, and Zero Trust transformations
