About the Role We are seeking a Collaboration Platform Engineer to support and modernize enterprise collaboration services across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments for a federal agency. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, permissions management, and access controls • Troubleshoot collaboration issues and assist with migration and implementation initiatives • Improve platform functionality and automate administrative processes through PowerShell • Ensure collaboration services remain reliable and user-friendly Requirements • 5+ years of relevant IT experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms • Experience troubleshooting SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, permissions, and file-sharing issues • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments and end users • Working knowledge of PowerShell for administrative and operational tasks • Experience supporting SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace migration initiatives • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a technical team • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance • High School Diploma or equivalent
