About the Role We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team at OHSU. This role involves analyzing and administering compensation programs and structures. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and administer compensation programs and structures • Manage small projects from planning through implementation • Utilize knowledge of compensation programs, job classifications, salary surveys, and compensation structures Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of HR Administration experience • Knowledge of compensation programs, job classifications, salary surveys, and compensation structures • Intermediate Excel skills • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • Compensation administration experience preferred • Experience with union contracts preferred
