About the Role TIAA is seeking experienced Conjur Developers to support secrets management, DevOps automation, and secure application delivery initiatives. The team is hiring up to two contractors and is open to both U.S.-based/onshore and North American candidates. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and support CyberArk Conjur solutions for enterprise secrets management. • Integrate Conjur with applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. • Build and maintain secure processes for managing application credentials, secrets, service accounts, and other privileged information. • Partner with DevOps, SRE, cloud, infrastructure, security, and application development teams. • Support automation of secrets retrieval and credential management across development and production environments. • Troubleshoot Conjur integrations and secrets-management issues across complex enterprise environments. • Support secure application deployment practices within automated CI/CD pipelines. • Participate in reliability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production-support activities. • Follow enterprise security standards and secrets-management best practices. • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and operational procedures. Requirements • Hands-on experience with CyberArk Conjur / Secrets Manager. • Experience developing, implementing, configuring, or supporting Conjur in an enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of secrets management and privileged credential security. • Hands-on CI/CD experience. • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps practices. • Experience integrating secrets-management solutions with applications and automated deployment pipelines. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with distributed technical and security teams. Preferred Qualifications • CyberArk Conjur certification or equivalent CyberArk credentials. • CyberArk Sentry – Secrets Manager (SECRET-SEN) certification. • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or financial-services environments. • Experience working with cloud-native applications, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. • Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
