We are seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst with 5–6 years of experience in Salesforce CRM to join our team.

Requirements

• Strong skills in business requirements gathering
• Experience with CRM administration
• Knowledge of data migration
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboards
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills
• Stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of sales and business development processes
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
