About the Role We are looking for a CRM Data Integration Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing data integration solutions for customer relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement data integration solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Kafka • Develop ETL/ELT and CDC pipelines for data processing • Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Event-Driven Architecture • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo • Create Customer 360, Identity Resolution, and Data Modelling solutions • Implement Consent Management and Subscription Architecture • Use Python, SQL, and Integration Middleware for data solutions • Design client-facing solutions and technical architecture Requirements • 7+ years of experience in data integration and architecture • Strong knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Kafka • Experience with Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, and CDC pipelines • Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Event-Driven Architecture • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo • Understanding of Customer 360, Identity Resolution, and Data Modelling • Knowledge of Consent Management and Subscription Architecture • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Integration Middleware • Experience with client-facing solution design and technical architecture
