About the Role We are looking for a CRM Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining CRM systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Develop custom applications with Power Apps and Power Automate • Integrate CRM systems with other Microsoft products and third-party applications • Create and maintain API custom connectors and M365 integrations • Utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting Requirements • 8+ years of IT experience • 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET Development, and Portal Development • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Common Data Service, and Azure • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
