About the Role We are looking for experienced CSA, QA/QC, OFCI, Logistics, and Electrical professionals to join a major Hyperscale Data Centre development in Gävle, Sweden, working with a leading General Contractor. This flagship development is part of one of Europe's fastest-growing hyperscale Data Centre programmes, offering excellent long-term career opportunities within the Mission Critical sector. Key Responsibilities • Deliver major Data Centre infrastructure on a 17/4 rotational basis • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors • Ensure strong technical knowledge within your relevant discipline • Work effectively within a fast-paced hyperscale construction environment • Maintain excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Requirements • Previous Data Centre / Mission Critical experience • Proven track record of longevity and stability with previous employers • Strong technical knowledge within your relevant discipline • Experience delivering large-scale construction projects • Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors and specialist contractors • Strong understanding of construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and project handover • Experience working to demanding project programmes and key milestones • EU Passport required – No sponsorship available • Must be available to work in Gävle, Sweden, on a 17/4 rotation Benefits • Competitive Salary • Living Away Allowance • Solo Accommodation Provided • Flights & Travel Covered • 17/4 Rotation • Long-Term Hyperscale Data Centre Project • Leading General Contractor • Excellent Career Progression Opportunities • International Mission Critical Project Experience
