About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cutover Analyst to join our team at Atomic North Pvt Ltd. This role involves coordinating and managing ERP implementations, cutover activities, and go-live processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, task trackers, and dependency lists • Coordinate mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and production go-live activities • Work with technical teams to manage interface and integration deployment activities • Track task completion, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers • Coordinate smoke testing and post-deployment validation across connected systems • Track integration issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure retesting • Capture lessons learned and support production stabilization and hypercare Requirements • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, transformations, or major technology deployments • Experience in cutover, deployment, release, integration, or technical coordination • Strong understanding of ERP integrations, interfaces, APIs, middleware, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs • Understanding of application-to-ERP dependencies and technical deployment activities • Familiarity with mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, production cutovers, and go-live activities • Experience coordinating interface shutdown, deployment, activation, monitoring, validation, and restart • Experience coordinating with technical and application owners across multiple systems • Strong cutover planning, task tracking, dependency management, and follow-up skills • Ability to identify risks, blockers, and missed dependencies and escalate them appropriately • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other major ERP platforms • Exposure to SAP BTP or other integration platforms • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, or Order Management • Experience with global ERP implementations and multiple connected applications • Familiarity with cutover planning tools, deployment trackers, and RAID logs • Participation in at least one mock cutover, dress rehearsal, or production go-live
