About the Role We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business & Education team in Austin, TX. This role involves working with complex datasets to influence business decisions and build executive-level dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Business & Education data assets • Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis across structured and semi-structured datasets • Perform rigorous data testing, quality assurance, and reconciliation • Identify and prioritize reporting and analytical workflows based on business impact • Design, build, and maintain automated data workflows • Develop reusable data rules and standardized query logic packages • Collaborate with business leaders and data engineers to translate requirements • Communicate data-driven stories to executive stakeholders • Evaluate data processes against operational goals • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards using Tableau • Partner with global data governance teams for data documentation Requirements • 10+ years in data analytics, business analysis, or data consulting • Advanced proficiency querying and transforming large datasets • Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) • Experience with modern data frameworks and automated scripting • Success building business dashboards in Tableau • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Redshift • Background analyzing sales, pipeline, partner/channel, or B2B/Education metrics • Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet data hierarchies • Experience using GitHub for version control
