About the Role We are looking for a Data Analyst with 12+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive insights where applicable • Translate business requirements into data-driven reporting solutions • Support data-driven decision-making across business teams • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards • Automate recurring reports and reporting workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metrics. Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) • Experience using Python or R for data analysis (preferred) • Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes • Experience working with large and complex datasets • Knowledge of statistics and data visualization best practices • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
