About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for MTA security operations and fare evasion statistics. Key Responsibilities • Gather, clean, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI • Use SQL and Python to transform data into actionable insights • Identify trends and support data-driven decision-making • Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting solutions Requirements • 4+ years of experience in reporting, dashboards, and database technologies • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification • Experience in transportation, railroad, or security operations
