About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst for a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. This is a 100% remote role requiring US citizenship and normal business hours. Key Responsibilities • Understand end-to-end data processes and flows to design and implement data management solutions • Provide business process, system support, and data quality governance through data coordination and integration • Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit, and data validation • Perform root-cause analysis on data-related system problems and recommend or execute corrective action • Conduct testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management and system • Identify and implement process improvements in relation to data processes • Identify, review, and evaluate data management metrics • Build platforms from a clinical platform perspective • Perform a data warehouse implementation in DE and build out D-SNP population • Conduct data mapping Requirements • US Citizenship • Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years’ experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience • Experience with data mapping and producing data mapping documentation • Strong knowledge in a data warehouse ecosystem • Experience coding in SQL • Experience with Informatica • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
