Key Responsibilities • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Gather, document, and manage business requirements • Translate business needs into functional requirements • Work effectively with technical teams • Utilize reporting and visualization tools like Power BI Requirements • Strong SQL and data analysis experience • Understanding of database structures and data flows • Business analysis and requirements documentation experience • Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams • CTMS/clinical operations knowledge preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
