About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data transformation initiatives and modernize data governance and processing capabilities. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Azure data engineering and Databricks. Key Responsibilities • Support data transformation initiatives • Modernize data governance and processing capabilities • Implement Medallion architecture • Migrate Hive Metastore workspaces to Unity Catalog Requirements • 7+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Azure Functions (C#) • Strong Python, Databricks, Spark, and Pandas development experience • Expert knowledge of Unity Catalog, data governance, configuration, and permissions • Experience with Delta tables, schema design, security permissions, and data pipelines • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise deployment pipelines • Expertise in Azure Entra ID, SSO, and RBAC • Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services, including ADLS, Azure SQL, Synapse, and ADF/SHIR • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills Nice to Have • Experience with Delta Live Tables • Financial services industry experience • Experience working in secure, highly regulated Windows environments
