About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the USA. This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, strategic business insights. Key Responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting needs, and analytical roadmaps. • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across multiple sources. • Design and maintain high-visibility dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Conduct thorough data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure complete reporting accuracy. • Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to evaluate performance, segment data, and highlight trends. Requirements • 9+ years of professional data analytics experience. • Advanced SQL proficiency, Excel, and fluency in at least one analytical language (Python or R). • Proven expertise with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and strong data storytelling principles. • Strong understanding of data quality practices, trend analysis, and structured problem-solving. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling). • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear, measurable deliverables.
