About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions in a Microsoft-first and Databricks environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with solution design, engineering leadership, performance optimization, and enterprise data governance. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of data and analytics solutions • Drive hands-on development and optimization across Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, and Microsoft Fabric • Design and optimize Power BI semantic models, DAX, Power Query, and data pipelines • Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, prototyping, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Establish engineering standards for data quality, security, governance, testing, and deployment • Manage technical risks, delivery dependencies, and supplier quality across distributed teams Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI Engineering • 5+ years in a Senior Technical Lead or Solution Delivery Lead role • Expert-level Power BI, SQL, and Python • Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric • Expertise in DAX, Power Query, semantic modelling, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline orchestration • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, enterprise security, and data governance • Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
