About the Role We are seeking a senior architect to lead Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, dbt transformations and Sigma analytics for mortgage servicing, MSR portfolios and capital markets. Key Responsibilities • Lead Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, dbt transformations and Sigma analytics • Handle data modeling, reconciliation, security, governance and performance optimization • Apply deep mortgage knowledge to servicing, MSRs, whole loans, securitization and investor reporting Requirements • 10+ years in data engineering/architecture, including 4+ years with production Snowflake and 3+ years with dbt • Hands-on Sigma Computing experience • Deep mortgage knowledge: servicing, MSRs, whole loans, securitization and investor reporting • Strong SQL, Python, data modeling and financial data reconciliation • Cloud experience; Azure preferred, AWS acceptable • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
