About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design scalable data solutions for mortgage servicing, MSR portfolios, and capital markets analytics. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end Snowflake data architecture, warehouse design, security, and cost optimization • Build scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows using dbt • Design mortgage and capital markets data models, including loan servicing, MSRs, remittances, and investor reporting • Implement data quality, reconciliation, and governance frameworks • Develop and optimize Sigma workbooks, dashboards, and self-service analytics • Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and role-based access controls • Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor data engineering teams Requirements • 10+ years of data engineering or architecture experience • 4+ years designing production Snowflake platforms • 3+ years of hands-on dbt experience • Strong hands-on experience with Sigma Computing on Snowflake • Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing, MSRs, and capital markets • Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable) • Financial services data reconciliation and quality controls experience
