About the Role We are looking for a Data BAU Lead with expertise in Mortgage Origination and Servicing to join our team. This role involves leading BAU operations, production support, and incident management. Key Responsibilities • Lead BAU operations, production support, incident management and RCA • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams • Experience leading Data Analysts, BAs and Data Engineering support teams • Knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, funding, servicing, payments, escrow, delinquency and investor reporting • Strong data quality, reconciliation, reporting and governance experience • Experience with SLAs, Jira/ServiceNow, onshore/offshore teams and continuous improvement Requirements • Strong US Mortgage Origination and Servicing domain expertise • Hands-on SQL for production troubleshooting, reconciliation and data validation • Strong Snowflake / Data Warehouse experience • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, lineage and integrations
