About the Role We are looking for experienced Data Engineers and Data Analysts for remote, project-based contract opportunities lasting 3–6 months. This role requires strong Databricks expertise and hands-on Data Science/ML capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions • Support pricing and promotional decisions with business data • Architect and implement AI/ML solutions within the Databricks environment • Work with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) including pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Databricks experience • Strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and supply chain management domain expertise • Deep understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) • Strong hands-on skills in Data Science, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics • Experience working with business data to support pricing and promotional decisions
