Key Responsibilities • Collaborate on a large-scale data platform modernization initiative • Focus on complex migrations using Airflow, Confluent, Iceberg, and Snowflake • Work with a core stack including Python, Advanced SQL, Snowflake, Apache Airflow 2/3, Kafka, Spark/PySpark, and Iceberg Requirements • Experience with data engineering and platform modernization • Proficiency with the core stack technologies • Ability to work remotely with schedule coverage until 12:00 PM PT About the Role We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute Ancient’s B2B marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute B2B marketing strategy to drive demand • Strengthen positioning and contribute to commercial pipeline and revenue Requirements • 4+ years in digital marketing with proven B2B demand gen experience • Hands-on Google Ads proficiency • Strong analytics (CPL/CPA) • CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce) • Advanced English proficiency
