About the Role We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team for a 24-month contract with a possibility of extension. This role involves working with Python, AWS, and Databricks to develop and deploy data applications and platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain data applications using Python and AWS services • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Deploy applications and data platforms to AWS • Provide production support and automated testing Requirements • 2+ years of Software Engineering / Data Engineering experience • Strong Python development skills – Pandas, NumPy, APIs, and data applications • Experience with AWS services – Glue, S3, Lambda, and Bedrock • Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, pull requests, and release automation • Experience with AWS CDK and infrastructure deployment • Experience deploying applications and data platforms to AWS Benefits • 24-month contract with potential for extension
