About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview and mandatory Real Estate Data Governance experience. Key Responsibilities • Implement enterprise data governance policies and stewardship frameworks • Manage data catalogs, lineage, quality metrics, and compliance controls • Coordinate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams • Govern third-party data usage rights and support analytics and AI/ML initiatives Requirements • 7+ years of experience in data governance • 2+ years of governance leadership experience • Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Purview data catalog, classification, business glossary, and data lineage • Experience with Azure & Microsoft Fabric for governance across Azure data services, OneLake, lakehouses, and pipelines • Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL for schema, metadata, and data classification governance • Direct experience with real estate data sources including MLS feeds, public records, tax assessor, deed/title, or property transaction data • Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements for real estate data • Experience with governance of third-party data including demographics, geolocation/geospatial, and vendor-sourced data • Understanding of data privacy and quality controls, PII classification, access policies, and knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA, and MLS/IDX rules
