About the Role We are seeking a Data Modelling & Mapping – IAD / Integration Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves working with data modelling, mapping, and integration solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement data models and mapping solutions • Work with flat-file structures and interface mapping • Create and manage Interface Agreement Documentation (IAD) • Apply integration patterns and handle exceptions • Utilize Guidewire or similar SaaS insurance platforms • Apply domain knowledge in Australian/New Zealand motor insurance • Document processes and manage stakeholders Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in data modelling and mapping • Expertise in flat-file structures and interface mapping • Hands-on experience with Interface Agreement Documentation (IAD) • Understanding of integration patterns and exception handling • Experience with Guidewire or similar SaaS insurance platforms • Knowledge of Australian/New Zealand motor insurance domain • Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills
