About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Engineer to support production data platforms, troubleshoot complex data pipelines, and ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Support production data platforms • Troubleshoot complex data pipelines • Ensure reliability and performance of enterprise applications • Participate in on-call rotations • Handle senior-level escalations Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Data Operations / Production Support • Strong proficiency in Python and Java • Experience with AWS Glue, S3, RDS, and GCP • Knowledge of Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem — HDFS, Impala • Experience with Oracle databases and OLTP systems • Apache Spark and distributed data processing • ETL/ELT pipeline design, support, and troubleshooting • Tableau and Power BI dashboard/report troubleshooting • Tomcat administration • Git, code reviews, and pull request workflows • ITIL — Incident, Change, and Problem Management • Application security vulnerability management • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Automotive or manufacturing industry experience • CI/CD release management and gate review experience • AWS, GCP, or Cloudera certifications • DevSecOps, Docker, OpenShift, Terraform, and CI/CD security • Automated vulnerability scanning and secrets management • Microsoft Entra ID and IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
