About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative Computer Vision solutions. This hybrid role combines technical leadership in AI/ML and computer vision with product ownership, driving the roadmap, vision, and business outcomes for computer vision applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative Computer Vision solutions • Drive the roadmap, vision, and business outcomes for computer vision applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners • Deliver scalable, high-impact AI products Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, including 3+ years in Computer Vision • Strong experience with Python and Computer Vision frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV • Hands-on knowledge of the complete Machine Learning lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring • Experience leading AI/ML projects from concept through production • Proven experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology partners • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for AI/ML products • Knowledge of Image Recognition solutions in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain environments • Experience with Azure, Databricks, APIs, SDKs, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures • Familiarity with Generative AI, foundation models, and modern AI technologies • Experience with rules engines, business logic frameworks, and data platforms • Bachelors Degree
