About the Role We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join our team for a 4-month contract with possible extension. The role involves supporting enterprise data initiatives, developing and maintaining databases, and delivering actionable insights for business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Gather data requirements from business and technical stakeholders • Source and analyze data from cloud platforms using Databricks, SQL, Python, and BigQuery • Design, develop, and maintain databases and database management systems • Build, automate, and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines • Perform database testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution • Collaborate with senior management and technical teams to implement data solutions • Support data-driven business decisions through effective analysis and problem-solving Requirements • 8–10 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, SQL, and BigQuery • Experience with cloud data sourcing, database development, and ETL processes • Knowledge of scripting languages, database testing, and troubleshooting • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Candidates must be within 60 miles of the Memphis area and available for the required onsite schedule on Monday–Thursday • Two manager references from the candidates' two most recent companies with LinkedIn profile IDs
