About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an exciting AI initiative focused on improving how complex data is analyzed, matched, and ranked using Machine Learning + LLMs. Key Responsibilities • Building and improving production machine learning models • Developing similarity-based retrieval, recommendation, and matching solutions • Applying LLMs beyond basic prompting for semantic ranking and classification • Working with both structured and unstructured data • Designing feature engineering and feature selection strategies • Improving model accuracy, coverage, and acceptance rates • Building feedback loops that use human review to continuously improve AI results • Working with Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and GCP • Collaborating with US-based technical and business stakeholders Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on Data Science experience • Strong foundation in Machine Learning • Advanced Python skills • Experience deploying ML models into production • Hands-on experience using LLMs in actual solutions, beyond simple prompting • Experience with similarity-based retrieval, recommendation systems, or high-cardinality matching • Strong feature engineering / feature selection experience • Experience working with structured + unstructured data • Working knowledge of GCP • Strong English communication skills
