About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and validating machine learning models using Databricks and integrating data science outputs into agentic AI workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop and validate machine learning models using Databricks • Work with Python, Spark ML, statistical modeling, and ML frameworks • Evaluate data quality and feature readiness for AI/ML use cases • Collaborate with AI Architects, AI Engineers, and Data Engineering teams • Integrate Data Science outputs into Agentic AI workflows • Translate business requirements into practical Data Science solutions Requirements • Strong Data Science and Machine Learning experience • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark ML • Proficiency in Python and statistical modeling • Experience in model development and validation • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills • Must have a valid passport • Willingness to work from Gurgaon or Mauritius for a few weeks if required by the client
