About the Role We are seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Python, SQL, and PySpark to develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support business decision-making • Develop Scenario Analysis, simulation, and Decision Support frameworks to evaluate business alternatives and trade-offs • Use Python, PySpark, and SQL to analyze and process large, complex datasets • Perform feature engineering, statistical analysis, model validation, and performance optimization • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics teams, AI practitioners, and business stakeholders • Communicate model performance, scenario outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving Machine Learning, Decision Science, and advanced analytics Requirements • 4-7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Predictive Analytics • Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation • Experience developing predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for business problems • Hands-on experience with forecasting, classification, regression, and predictive modeling • Experience in Decision Analytics, Scenario Analysis, and Decision Support frameworks • Strong understanding of probability, statistics, experimental design, and optimization concepts • Experience managing the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to operationalize analytics solutions
