About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Technical Lead with strong expertise in Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Engineering, and Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will drive the technical delivery of enterprise analytics and data solutions while providing hands-on leadership across design, architecture, implementation, governance, and support. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end technical delivery of analytics and data solutions, from design through deployment and production support. • Provide hands-on leadership in Power BI and Azure Data Engineering, including solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions. • Establish and enforce engineering standards for reporting, semantic models, data pipelines, deployment, monitoring, testing, and support readiness. • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, data quality, access control, and operational standards. • Drive architecture decisions, identify technical risks, manage technical debt, and ensure delivery excellence across distributed teams and suppliers.
