About the Role We are seeking a Database Architect specializing in Databricks and AWS for a 12+ month contract position. This role requires extensive experience with data architecture and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement database solutions using Databricks and AWS services • Optimize data processing with Apache Spark and Delta Lake • Develop and maintain data models and schemas • Ensure data integrity and performance tuning • Collaborate with engineering teams on data solutions Requirements • Expert-level experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake • Strong AWS experience with S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, and Glue • Solid RDBMS concepts, SQL, and data modeling skills • Programming experience in SQL, Python, and/or Scala • Unix/Linux and Shell scripting proficiency • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Boston, MA • LinkedIn profile is mandatory for submission • Resumes must be submitted along with LinkedIn profiles
