About the Role We are looking for a Databricks Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on managing enterprise Databricks Lakehouse environments for federal clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage enterprise Databricks Lakehouse environments • Implement and maintain data governance • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines • Ensure platform performance, security, and cost optimization • Maintain compliance with federal regulations Requirements • Expertise in Databricks Platform Administration • Experience with Unity Catalog and Data Governance • Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) • Proficiency in Delta Lake Optimization • Strong skills in PySpark, Spark SQL, Python/Scala • Experience with ETL/ELT Pipelines, Delta Live Tables, Databricks Workflows • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and Azure Government • Understanding of FISMA High, FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53 • Experience with IAM, RBAC/ABAC, Secrets Management • Knowledge of Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles • Ability to obtain and maintain client-specific clearance
