About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Support Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks Genie, semantic modeling, SQL, and Generative AI to improve AI-powered business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities • Hands-on experience with Databricks Genie and Genie Spaces • Semantic layer design, metadata curation, synonyms, and metric definitions • Strong SQL and Python and/or Scala programming skills • Experience with Databricks Metric Views, dbt, or LookML • Building evaluation frameworks and regression test suites for AI-generated SQL and responses • Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt evaluation, and RAG architectures • Experience with Unity Catalog, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and observability • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker integrated with Databricks SQL • Ability to collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, and business teams Requirements • Someone who can improve AI response accuracy, troubleshoot query-generation issues, and ensure reliable, governed AI/BI outputs.
