About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Databricks Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms • Implement real-time streaming and batch data pipelines • Integrate Power BI, including Direct Lake mode • Provide technical leadership and mentor developers Requirements • Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks architecture • Experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Delta Live Tables • Knowledge of Medallion Architecture and Unity Catalog governance • Advanced PySpark and Delta Lake expertise • Storage optimization and cross-platform shortcuts • Hands-on coding, pipeline development, and troubleshooting Important Note: Candidates must be available to work onsite in Mundelein, IL, three days per week.
