About the Role We are seeking a Senior Databricks Developer for a contract role requiring 10–15 years of experience. This is an onsite position in Wilmington, DE or Columbus, OH. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop ELT/ETL pipelines using PySpark or Scala and Spark • Apply Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture concepts, including Lakeflow and Lakebase • Work with streaming and Delta Live Tables (DLT) • Implement MLOps on Databricks • Contribute data mesh architecture expertise • Use advanced cost and performance engineering practices to build and optimize reliable data platforms Requirements • Deep knowledge of Databricks and AWS ecosystems • Strong experience building high-volume, production-grade data solutions • Experience with PySpark, Scala, and Spark • Familiarity with Delta Lake, Lakeflow, Lakebase, and Delta Live Tables • Experience with MLOps on Databricks • Data mesh architecture expertise • Advanced cost and performance engineering practices
