About the Role We are looking for an experienced Databricks Lead with strong expertise in Legacy DWH to Databricks migration. Key Responsibilities • Migrate Legacy DWH to Databricks • Implement Databricks Workflows • Ensure data reconciliation and phased cutover • Lead team in CI/CD and data security practices Requirements • Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL • Experience with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog • Proficiency in SQL and Data Warehousing concepts • Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud experience • Knowledge of migration strategies, data reconciliation, and phased cutover • CI/CD, data security, and team leadership skills
