About the Role We are looking for a Databricks Partner Champion to join Radioactive Technologies. This role involves leading Databricks strategy, architecture, and technical best practices, as well as driving customer engagements and complex implementations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Databricks strategy, architecture, and technical best practices • Drive customer engagements, strategic pursuits, and complex implementations • Build and expand the Databricks Centre of Excellence (CoE) • Mentor engineers and future Partner Champion candidates • Contribute to the Databricks community through thought leadership, workshops, and knowledge sharing • Strengthen relationships with Databricks partner and field teams Required Expertise • Proven Databricks customer delivery experience • Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architecture • Experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud Data Platforms • Demonstrated community contributions, technical leadership, and mentoring experience
