About the Role We are seeking experienced technical leaders to join our team as Databricks Partner Champions. These roles involve strategic leadership in Databricks architecture, technical best practices, and driving customer engagements. Key Responsibilities • Lead Databricks strategy, architecture, and technical best practices • Drive customer engagements, strategic pursuits, and complex implementations • Build and expand the Databricks Centre of Excellence (CoE) • Mentor engineers and future Partner Champion candidates • Contribute to the Databricks community through thought leadership, workshops, and knowledge sharing • Strengthen relationships with Databricks partner and field teams Requirements • Proven Databricks customer delivery experience • Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architecture • Experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud Data Platforms • Demonstrated community contributions, technical leadership, and mentoring experience • Active Databricks Partner Champion status with completed panel process
