About the Role We are looking for a Databricks Platform Automation Engineer to join our team at AllianceIT. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare and involves working with Databricks platform engineering and automation. Key Responsibilities • Administer and engineer the Databricks platform • Implement Terraform and Infrastructure as Code solutions • Manage Unity Catalog and data governance • Configure RBAC, IAM, SCIM, and service principals • Work with Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB) • Deploy and automate Genie Agent • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub • Utilize AWS or Azure Cloud platforms • Develop Python scripts for platform automation Requirements • 11+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering • Hands-on experience with Databricks Platform Administration and Automation • Strong understanding of data governance principles • Experience with RBAC, IAM, SCIM, and service principals • Proficiency in Python scripting and platform automation • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub • Familiarity with AWS or Azure Cloud platforms
