About the Role We are hiring a DataStage Admin & Integration Engineer to join Sony Corporation of America. This role involves managing IBM DataStage administration, support, maintenance, and development, as well as troubleshooting ETL issues and optimizing job performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage IBM DataStage administration, support, maintenance, and development • Troubleshoot ETL issues and optimize job performance • Automate operational tasks using Unix/Linux scripting • Identify bottlenecks and improve legacy integration solutions • Support enterprise data pipelines and multiple integration technologies • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams Requirements • 7–10 years of relevant IT experience • Strong IBM DataStage expertise, with 8+ years of hands-on DataStage experience preferred • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Available to work onsite in Culver City, CA, 4 days per week • Eligible for W2 employment
