About the Role We are looking for a Dayforce Recruiting / HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves hands-on implementation of Dayforce Recruiting / HRIS systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage recruiting workflows, configuration, approvals, and candidate pipelines • Handle UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production support • Ensure successful implementation of Dayforce systems Requirements • 3–5+ years of hands-on Dayforce Recruiting / HRIS implementation • At least 2 full implementation lifecycles • Experience with recruiting workflows, configuration, approvals, and candidate pipelines • Knowledge of UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production support • Dayforce certification preferred
